5.1 Placing an Order

Once your order is placed and payment is processed through Stripe, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. This confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

5.3 Order Acceptance
A binding contract between you and AfroRoots Radiance is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before dispatch for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5.4 Order Amendments

5.5 Order Cancellations

6. Payment

6.1 Payment Methods
All payments on our website are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe.

6.3 Payment Authorisation
By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that the payment details you provide are accurate and complete. AfroRoots Radiance reserves the right to cancel any order where payment authorisation fails or is suspected to be fraudulent.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time as specified at the time of order. You will be notified if your order is subject to any delay.

7.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard delivery: 4 to 8 business days
Express delivery: 2 to 4 business days
International orders: 10 to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AfroRoots Radiance is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email at your registered email address so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

7.5 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

7.6 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel, any additional redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. AfroRoots Radiance is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

7.7 International Orders and Customs
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. AfroRoots Radiance has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict or be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Custom Orders

9.1 Custom Order Process
Custom orders are available through our Custom Orders page at www.afrorootsradiance.com/custom-orders. By submitting a custom order request, you agree to the following terms.

9.2 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed total price is required to begin production of any custom order. Production will not commence until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

9.3 Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due before your custom order is dispatched. Failure to pay the balance within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit.

9.4 Approval
We will send you a photograph of your finished custom piece for approval before it is packaged and dispatched. Once you have approved the piece, it will be dispatched and no further amendments can be made.

9.5 Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and paying the deposit. After 24 hours, production will have begun and the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

9.6 Non-Returnable
Custom and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for further details.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Content
All content on our website at www.afrorootsradiance.com — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, brand identity elements, and the AfroRoots Radiance name and logo — is the intellectual property of AfroRoots Radiance and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
