Absolutely. Our custom order service allows you to request any handmade product — whether it is a variation of something we already make or something entirely new. Fill in our custom order form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders are completed within 7–14 business days depending on complexity and quantity. We will give you a specific timeline when we confirm your order.
Do I need to pay upfront for a custom order?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before your order is dispatched.
Can I see my custom piece before it is sent?
Yes. We always send a photo of your finished piece for your approval before it is packaged and dispatched.
Can I place a bulk custom order for an event or business?
